Dear Brothers and Sisters,

Who are we?

When guests visit us the first time they receive a welcome packet which outlines our ministries and our classes and describes in a brief statement who we say we are and is stated at the following:

A SPACE FOR GRACE  EPHESIANS 2:8-10

For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is a gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

Our goal is to be the church God would have us to be, a church that respects God’s Word as the final authority in all things; a church that cares; a church that serves; and a church that is truly busy sharing the light of God’s love. If you are looking for a church home; we’d like you to know there’s a special place here just for you!

It’s very easy to make statements about who we are but much more difficult to live them out as God has designed. It is time for us to rise up and be the salt and light this country so desperately needs.

In Matthew 12:25 Jesus said;

Knowing their thoughts, he said to them “Every kingdom divided against itself is laid to waste, and no city or house divided against itself will stand.”

Let’s take a stand and choose love over fear and opinions. Let us all do our part to help the healing process, but most all let us rejoice that God has called us for good works. Our ministry is to glorify God in all we do.

Please remember, if anyone has a need or a prayer request, we want to hear from you. Please keep us informed so we can support each member of our family at Lakeview. Stay tuned to our communication outlets (Webpage, Facebook, Email, Bulletin and Announcements) for more information.
